| CVE-2021-3711 | 6 Debian, Netapp, Openssl and 3 more | 32 Debian Linux, Active Iq Unified Manager, Clustered Data Ontap and 29 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| In order to decrypt SM2 encrypted data an application is expected to call the API function EVP_PKEY_decrypt(). Typically an application will call this function twice. The first time, on entry, the "out" parameter can be NULL and, on exit, the "outlen" parameter is populated with the buffer size required to hold the decrypted plaintext. The application can then allocate a sufficiently sized buffer and call EVP_PKEY_decrypt() again, but this time passing a non-NULL value for the "out" parameter. A bug in the implementation of the SM2 decryption code means that the calculation of the buffer size required to hold the plaintext returned by the first call to EVP_PKEY_decrypt() can be smaller than the actual size required by the second call. This can lead to a buffer overflow when EVP_PKEY_decrypt() is called by the application a second time with a buffer that is too small. A malicious attacker who is able present SM2 content for decryption to an application could cause attacker chosen data to overflow the buffer by up to a maximum of 62 bytes altering the contents of other data held after the buffer, possibly changing application behaviour or causing the application to crash. The location of the buffer is application dependent but is typically heap allocated. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1l (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1k). | ||||
| CVE-2021-38199 | 3 Debian, Linux, Netapp | 8 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Element Software and 5 more | 2026-10-08 | 6.5 Medium |
| fs/nfs/nfs4client.c in the Linux kernel before 5.13.4 has incorrect connection-setup ordering, which allows operators of remote NFSv4 servers to cause a denial of service (hanging of mounts) by arranging for those servers to be unreachable during trunking detection. | ||||
| CVE-2021-37714 | 5 Jsoup, Netapp, Oracle and 2 more | 25 Jsoup, Management Services For Element Software And Netapp Hci, Banking Trade Finance and 22 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| jsoup is a Java library for working with HTML. Those using jsoup versions prior to 1.14.2 to parse untrusted HTML or XML may be vulnerable to DOS attacks. If the parser is run on user supplied input, an attacker may supply content that causes the parser to get stuck (loop indefinitely until cancelled), to complete more slowly than usual, or to throw an unexpected exception. This effect may support a denial of service attack. The issue is patched in version 1.14.2. There are a few available workarounds. Users may rate limit input parsing, limit the size of inputs based on system resources, and/or implement thread watchdogs to cap and timeout parse runtimes. | ||||
| CVE-2021-36090 | 4 Apache, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 36 Commons Compress, Active Iq Unified Manager, Oncommand Insight and 33 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| When reading a specially crafted ZIP archive, Compress can be made to allocate large amounts of memory that finally leads to an out of memory error even for very small inputs. This could be used to mount a denial of service attack against services that use Compress' zip package. | ||||
| CVE-2021-34866 | 3 Linux, Netapp, Redhat | 19 Linux Kernel, H300e, H300e Firmware and 16 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.8 High |
| This vulnerability allows local attackers to escalate privileges on affected installations of Linux Kernel 5.14-rc3. An attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the handling of eBPF programs. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied eBPF programs, which can result in a type confusion condition. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code in the context of the kernel. Was ZDI-CAN-14689. | ||||
| CVE-2021-31879 | 3 Broadcom, Gnu, Netapp | 8 Brocade Fabric Operating System Firmware, Wget, 500f and 5 more | 2026-10-08 | 6.1 Medium |
| GNU Wget through 1.21.1 does not omit the Authorization header upon a redirect to a different origin, a related issue to CVE-2018-1000007. | ||||
| CVE-2021-28972 | 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Netapp | 5 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Cloud Backup and 2 more | 2026-10-08 | 6.7 Medium |
| In drivers/pci/hotplug/rpadlpar_sysfs.c in the Linux kernel through 5.11.8, the RPA PCI Hotplug driver has a user-tolerable buffer overflow when writing a new device name to the driver from userspace, allowing userspace to write data to the kernel stack frame directly. This occurs because add_slot_store and remove_slot_store mishandle drc_name '\0' termination, aka CID-cc7a0bb058b8. | ||||

| CVE-2020-29374 | 3 Debian, Linux, Netapp | 11 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, 500f and 8 more | 2026-10-08 | 3.6 Low |
| An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 5.7.3, related to mm/gup.c and mm/huge_memory.c. The get_user_pages (aka gup) implementation, when used for a copy-on-write page, does not properly consider the semantics of read operations and therefore can grant unintended write access, aka CID-17839856fd58. | ||||
