CVSS v3.1 |
| Numeric truncation of the buffer length in the MPU buffer authorization check in FreeRTOS-Kernel V11.3.0 and V11.3.1 on the Arm Cortex-R82 (Armv8-R AArch64) MPU port might allow, under certain conditions, an unprivileged task on MPU-enabled builds to read or write privileged kernel memory beyond the validated buffer window, via a stream buffer system call.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version V11.3.2 or later. |
| The Management Console fails to properly validate input related to the configuration of JDBC user stores. This weakness allows an attacker to supply specially crafted input that can lead to the execution of arbitrary code on the affected server.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability enables an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the server with the privileges of the WSO2 product. This could lead to a full compromise of the system. |
| A logic issue was addressed with improved state management. This issue is fixed in Safari 27, visionOS 27, watchOS 27. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to unexpected behavior. |
| An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, macOS Golden Gate 27, tvOS 27, visionOS 27, watchOS 27. Processing a maliciously crafted image may lead to unexpected app termination. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is affected by a command injection vulnerability in the GIM bundle import functionality. An authenticated attacker can provide a crafted GIM bundle that causes attacker-controlled arguments to be passed to the tar command, resulting in arbitrary command execution with elevated privileges on the Central Manager. |
| Out-of-bounds write in the query processing components in Amazon Athena ODBC driver before 2.1.0.0 might allow a threat actor to crash the driver by using specially crafted data that is processed by the driver during query operations.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 2.1.0.0. |
| OS command injection in the browser-based authentication component in Amazon Athena ODBC driver before 2.0.5.1 on Linux might allow a threat actor to execute arbitrary code by using specially crafted connection parameters that are loaded by the driver during a local user-initiated connection.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 2.0.5.1 or later. |
| The `periphery` agent's container-management functionality of Komodo version 2.2.0 contains an OS command injection vulnerability. An authenticated low-privileged user with `Execute`, or `Read` plus `Logs`, permission on a managed server can supply shell metacharacters in a container name processed by the `DestroyContainer` or `SearchContainerLog` operations. The container name is interpolated without escaping into a command executed using `sh -c`, allowing arbitrary commands to execute as root on the managed host. This permits a user without Komodo's `Terminal` permission to obtain unrestricted host-level command execution. |
| Out-of-bounds write in the streaming decoder component in aws-c-event-stream before 0.6.0 might allow a third party operating a server to cause memory corruption leading to arbitrary code execution on a client application that processes crafted event-stream messages.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 0.6.0 or later. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in JumpServer up to 4.10.19. The affected element is an unknown function of the component Template Rendering. The manipulation of the argument IP/HOST leads to os command injection. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. Upgrading to version 5.0.0 is sufficient to fix this issue. The identifier of the patch is fcf2904cdb884230e9676f50f37a44d09fa97040. The affected component should be upgraded. The vendor confirms: "This issue was identified quite some time ago, and we have already fixed it in the v5 branch. (...) The fix will also be included in an upcoming v4 release. |
| An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.8, macOS Tahoe 26.7. An app may be able to cause unexpected system termination. |
| Several buffer-growth sites in libmime performed size arithmetic in 32-bit types without overflow checks. On a sufficiently large message the growth guard could fail open, or the buffer could be reallocated smaller than required, and a subsequent memcpy would then write attacker-controlled data across adjacent heap allocations. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 158. |
| A flaw was found in Foreman. A remote attacker could exploit a command injection vulnerability in Foreman's WebSocket proxy implementation. This vulnerability arises from the system's use of unsanitized hostname values from compute resource providers when constructing shell commands. By operating a malicious compute resource server, an attacker could achieve remote code execution on the Foreman server when a user accesses VM VNC console functionality. This could lead to the compromise of sensitive credentials and the entire managed infrastructure. |
| Netgate pfSense CE through 2.9.0 contains an OS command injection vulnerability that allows authenticated users with Virtual IP edit privileges to execute commands as root by storing an unvalidated CARP VHID. Attackers can supply a VHID containing shell metacharacters that executes via interface_ipalias_configure() ifconfig calls or get_carp_interface_status() when CARP status is rendered. |
| Netgate pfSense CE 2.7.0 through 2.9.0 contains an OS command injection vulnerability that allows authenticated users with Traffic Shaper Limiters privileges to execute root commands by tampering with the limiter number field. Attackers can submit a malicious hidden 'number' value when editing a limiter, then delete it so delete_queue() passes the unquoted value to dnctl via /bin/sh as root. |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 2.6.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow is vulnerable to argument injection when invoking Ghostscript for EPS input. EpsImagePlugin.Ghostscript passes a caller-controlled input filename after -f without converting it to a safe absolute path, so a name beginning with a hyphen can be interpreted as a Ghostscript option. An attacker who controls the filename can inject Ghostscript arguments. Arbitrary command execution specifically requires a leading @ argument-file filename and control of the referenced text file containing additional Ghostscript arguments; the reported chain reproduces with the default -dSAFER invocation. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in mcollina mcp-ripgrep up to 0.4.0. Affected is an unknown function of the file src/index.ts of the component Advanced Search Tool. The manipulation of the argument fileType results in os command injection. The attack requires a local approach. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The real existence of this vulnerability is still doubted at the moment. The code's own escapeShellArg on sibling arguments (skipped only for fileType) indicates that this is a CWE-78 oversight, not a documented design. The project maintainer cites the documentation: "This MCP server executes shell commands using the ripgrep tool. While efforts have been made to safely escape arguments, use caution when providing input, as it runs commands on your machine." |
| CompressionUtils.inflate() decompressed attacker-controlled DEFLATE data with no output-size cap. A small (~KB) crafted payload could expand to gigabytes on the heap. Reachable via JWE decryption when zip=DEF (e.g. JoseSessionTokenProvider with RSA-OAEP key wrap) and via SAML redirect/POST binding token inflation — in both cases decompression happens before/independent of trust validation.
Fix: Added a configurable maximum inflated-size cap (default 10 MiB, org.apache.cxf.compression-max-inflated-size system property) to CompressionUtils.inflate(); aborts with DataFormatException once exceeded.
Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 4.2.4 or 4.1.9 or 3.6.13, which fix this issue. |
| An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in iOS 26.7 and iPadOS 26.7, macOS Sequoia 15.8, macOS Tahoe 26.7. An app may be able to cause unexpected system termination. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drop_monitor: fix size calculations for 64-bit attributes
net_dm_packet_report_fill() and net_dm_hw_packet_report_fill() use
nla_put_u64_64bit() to append 64-bit attributes (NET_DM_ATTR_PC and
NET_DM_ATTR_TIMESTAMP).
On 32-bit architectures without CONFIG_HAVE_EFFICIENT_UNALIGNED_ACCESS,
nla_put_u64_64bit() may append a 4-byte NET_DM_ATTR_PAD attribute for
64-bit alignment.
However, net_dm_packet_report_size() and net_dm_hw_packet_report_size()
used nla_total_size(sizeof(u64)) instead of nla_total_size_64bit(sizeof(u64)),
budgeting 12 bytes instead of up to 16 bytes.
This under-estimation of SKB size can lead to an skb_over_panic() when
__nla_reserve() or skb_put() is subsequently called.
Fix this by using nla_total_size_64bit(sizeof(u64)) in both size calculations. |
