| CVE-2026-108359 | 2026-10-22 | N/A | ||
| PhpSpreadsheet is a pure PHP library for reading and writing spreadsheet files. Prior to 1.30.7, 2.1.19, 2.4.8, 3.10.8, and 5.10.0, Ods::processTableRow in src/PhpSpreadsheet/Reader/Ods.php accepts an unbounded table:number-rows-repeated attribute from an ODS table row. When the row contains a value, the reader materializes a cell for every repetition without checking the spreadsheet row limit, so a small attacker-controlled ODS file can consume substantial CPU and memory and terminate the PHP worker. Column repetition is separately bounded and is not part of this vulnerability. This issue is fixed in versions 1.30.7, 2.1.19, 2.4.8, 3.10.8, and 5.10.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-56387 | 1 Apache | 1 Brpc | 2026-10-22 | N/A |
| The RTMP AMF parser in Apache bRPC accepts AMF string lengths and array counts directly from untrusted input. A remote unauthenticated attacker who can reach a bRPC server with RTMP enabled can send a small AMF payload with an excessive declared long string length or array count, causing excessive memory allocation or resource consumption before the parser rejects the incomplete payload. Root Cause: The AMF long string parser resized the destination string to the declared 32-bit length before validating that the stream contained that many bytes. ECMA array and strict array parsers also accepted 32-bit element counts without a configurable upper bound. Affected Scenarios: Deployments that enable the bRPC RTMP server component and accept RTMP traffic from untrusted clients. Direct uses of the AMF parser on untrusted data are also affected. How to Fix: 1. Upgrade bRPC to version 1.18.0, which fixes this issue. 2. Apply this patch: https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3353 Note: The fix introduces configurable AMF parsing limits. The default maximum string size is 64 MiB and the default maximum array element count is 1,048,576. Payloads above these limits are rejected. The limits can be adjusted with amf_max_string_size and amf_max_array_size. | ||||
| CVE-2026-113604 | 2 Nationalsecurityagency, Nsa | 2 Ghidra, Ghidra | 2026-10-22 | 5.5 Medium |
| Ghidra 10.2 through 12.1.4 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the ELF loader's ElfHeader class that allocates arrays sized by unvalidated extended section and program header counts. Attackers can supply a crafted 128-byte ELF file that triggers an OutOfMemoryError during load-spec discovery at import or in headless analysis pipelines. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112283 | 1 Videolan | 1 Libbluray | 2026-10-22 | 5.5 Medium |
| VideoLAN libbluray through 1.5.1 contains an uncontrolled memory allocation vulnerability in _parse_extent_start_points() in clpi_parse.c that trusts the num_point field without bounds checking. Attackers can supply a crafted .clpi file on a disc, image, or directory with a huge num_point to exhaust memory and CPU, causing denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106569 | 1 Imagemagick | 1 Imagemagick | 2026-10-21 | 5.3 Medium |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-32, missing validation and resource checks in the ASE decoder allow a crafted ASE image to cause a crash or a long-running operation. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.2-32. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112048 | 1 Spatialite | 1 Libspatialite | 2026-10-21 | 6.1 Medium |
| libspatialite through 5.1.0 fails to validate the polygon ring count in ParseWkbPolygon, allowing attackers to trigger uncontrolled interior-ring allocation via crafted geometry BLOBs. Attackers can supply a crafted polygon in a SpatiaLite database or ST_GeomFromWKB input to crash the process or corrupt heap memory on 32-bit builds. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112214 | 2 Gstreamer Project, Redhat | 2 Gstreamer Plugin, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-21 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the GStreamer ASF demuxer in gst-plugins-ugly. When parsing a Simple Index object, an attacker-controlled entry count is used to size a heap allocation without being limited to the payload available in the object. Processing a crafted ASF, WMV, or WMA file can cause a very large memory allocation request and lead to denial of service if the allocation fails or the process is memory-constrained. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107389 | 1 Borewit | 1 Music-metadata | 2026-10-21 | 6.2 Medium |
| music-metadata is a metadata parser for audio and video media files. Prior to 11.16.0, the Matroska and WebM EBML parser decodes an attacker-controlled VINT element length and uses it for string-token or Uint8Array allocation before confirming that the leaf fits within its parent or available input. Crafted WebM, MKV, or MKA inputs can cause disproportionate allocations, out-of-memory denial of service, or, for a demonstrated parseFile path on Node.js 26.7.0, an uncatchable V8 fatal abort. The exact failure mode depends on the tokenizer, parser API, and runtime, but the affected leaf-length validation flaw is shared and has availability impact only. This issue is fixed in version 11.16.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-90326 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-21 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: blk-cgroup: fix race between policy activation and blkg destruction When switching an IO scheduler on a block device, blkcg_activate_policy() allocates blkg_policy_data (pd) for all blkgs attached to the queue. However, blkcg_activate_policy() may race with concurrent blkcg deletion, leading to use-after-free and memory leak issues. The use-after-free occurs in the following race: T1 (blkcg_activate_policy): - Successfully allocates pd for blkg1 (loop0->queue, blkcgA) - Fails to allocate pd for blkg2 (loop0->queue, blkcgB) - Enters the enomem rollback path to release blkg1 resources T2 (blkcg deletion): - blkcgA is deleted concurrently - blkg1 is freed via blkg_free_workfn() - blkg1->pd is freed T1 (continued): - Rollback path accesses blkg1->pd->online after pd is freed - Triggers use-after-free In addition, blkg_free_workfn() frees pd before removing the blkg from q->blkg_list. This allows blkcg_activate_policy() to allocate a new pd for a blkg that is being destroyed, leaving the newly allocated pd unreachable when the blkg is finally freed. Fix these races by extending blkcg_mutex coverage to serialize blkcg_activate_policy() rollback and blkg destruction, ensuring pd lifecycle is synchronized with blkg list visibility. | ||||

| CVE-2026-102463 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Vert.x | 2026-10-20 | 5.9 Medium |
| In Eclipse Vert.x versions [4.0.0, 4.5.34] or [5.0.0,5.0.12] or [5.1.0,5.1.9] or [5.2.0, 5.2.0], the binary array decoder in vertx-pg-client (DataTypeCodec.binaryDecodeArray) allocates a Java array sized by a server-declared 32-bit dimension count with no upper bound. A malicious or compromised PostgreSQL server, or an on-path attacker intercepting an unencrypted connection, can send a crafted DataRow message with an excessively large array dimension value, causing the client to attempt a multi-gigabyte heap allocation and crash with an OutOfMemoryError. The impacted component is io.vertx:vertx-pg-client. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102466 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Vert.x | 2026-10-20 | 5.9 Medium |
| In Eclipse Vert.x versions [4.0.0, 4.5.34] or [5.0.0,5.0.12] or [5.1.0,5.1.9] or [5.2.0, 5.2.0], the Vert.x MySQL client (vertx-mysql-client) pre-allocates an array for column definitions based on a server-declared column count with no upper-bound validation. A malicious or compromised MySQL server, or an attacker with man-in-the-middle positioning, can send a crafted result set packet with an extremely large column count, causing the client to attempt a massive heap allocation. The resulting OutOfMemoryError crashes the Netty event loop thread, causing a complete denial of service for all connections and verticles in the Vert.x application. The impacted component is io.vertx:vertx-mysql-client. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103223 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Vert.x | 2026-10-20 | 5.9 Medium |
| In Eclipse Vert.x versions [4.0.0, 4.5.34] or [5.0.0,5.0.12] or [5.1.0,5.1.9] or [5.2.0, 5.2.0], the PostgreSQL message decoder reads the 4-byte message length field from the PostgreSQL wire protocol without any maximum validation. A malicious, compromised, or man-in-the-middle PostgreSQL server can send a message header with the length field set to an extremely large value (up to Integer.MAX_VALUE), causing the decoder to accumulate subsequent TCP data into a composite buffer without bound, leading to unbounded memory allocation on the client and an out-of-memory crash. This occurs before authentication completes. The impacted component is io.vertx:vertx-pg-client. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103224 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Vert.x | 2026-10-20 | 5.9 Medium |
| In Eclipse Vert.x versions [4.0.0, 4.5.34] or [5.0.0,5.0.12] or [5.1.0,5.1.9] or [5.2.0, 5.2.0], the MySQL message decoder aggregates inbound multi-packet payloads into a composite direct-memory buffer without any cumulative size limit. A malicious, compromised, or man-in-the-middle MySQL server can send a continuous stream of packets with the maximum payload length (0xFFFFFF), preventing the end-of-message condition from being reached, causing unbounded direct-memory allocation on the client and leading to an out-of-memory crash. This occurs before authentication completes. The impacted component is io.vertx:vertx-mysql-client. | ||||
| CVE-2026-15567 | 1 Redhat | 8 Fuse, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform Els and 5 more | 2026-10-20 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in Wildfly. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trigger OutOfMemoryError as CSIv2Util's GSS token decoder reads an attacker-controlled length field without bounds checking and attempts to allocate a byte array of that size. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112399 | 1 Python-pillow | 1 Pillow | 2026-10-19 | 7.5 High |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 8.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow can allocate an APNG disposal background at the full canvas size before applying the decompression-bomb check. A crafted APNG with a small first frame, a very large declared canvas, and background disposal or first-frame OP_PREVIOUS reaches PngImageFile._seek while Image.open() positions frame zero. The full-canvas allocation occurs inside Image.open() without requiring pixel loading or frame iteration. This can exhaust memory and deny service. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110257 | 1 Ow2 | 1 Asm | 2026-10-19 | 5.5 Medium |
| OW2 ASM 5.0 before 9.11 contains an excessive memory allocation vulnerability in ClassReader.readBootstrapMethodsAttribute() that sizes an int array from num_bootstrap_methods without validating attribute_length. Attackers can supply a crafted class file of about 100 bytes that forces roughly 2 GB allocation, causing an OutOfMemoryError that crashes the JVM or consuming thread. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110258 | 1 Ow2 | 1 Asm | 2026-10-19 | 5.5 Medium |
| OW2 ASM 3.0 before 9.11 contains an excessive memory allocation vulnerability in Label.addSubroutineRetSuccessors() that fails to enforce the single-RET-per-JSR rule. Attackers can supply a crafted invalid class file with multiple RET instructions for one JSR, triggering a roughly 2 GB allocation that crashes the JVM. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98680 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 1.9 Low |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: accel: kionix-kx022a: Prevent memory leak and fix state The driver allocates memory for samples at buffer enable path. If regmap operation fails in the kx022a_fifo_enable() at the buffer enable path, the allocated memory is never freed. Furthermore, the state information and previous hardware configuration(s) aren't undone, potentially leaving WMI interrupts and buffers enabled, or driver state flags wrong. Free the memory and revert the hardware configuration and state flags on error path. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85324 | 1 Microsoft | 14 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows Server 2012 and 11 more | 2026-10-18 | 7.5 High |
| Memory allocation with excessive size value in Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network. | ||||
