| CVE-2026-111165 | 2 Raphael Assenat, Sezero | 2 Libmikmod, Libmikmod | 2026-10-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| libmikmod through 3.3.15 contains a global out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the MultiTracker loader MTM_Load() because the module channel count is never clamped. Attackers can supply a crafted .mtm file with a channel count above 32 to read past the static pat array, corrupting track indices and crashing the loading application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111166 | 2 Raphael Assenat, Sezero | 2 Libmikmod, Libmikmod | 2026-10-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| libmikmod through 3.3.15 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the IMF_Load() loader that allows attackers to read beyond allocated memory by supplying a crafted IMF module. Attackers can enable the linear-period header flag and map notes to out-of-range samples, causing noteindex indexing far past the heap allocation and crashing applications that load the file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-108447 | 1 Microsoft | 6 365 Apps, Microsoft 365 Apps For Enterprise, Microsoft Office Ltsc 2021 and 3 more | 2026-10-23 | 8.8 High |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office Word allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55606 | 2026-10-23 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| odhcpd is the DHCPv6, DHCPv4, and router-advertisement server used by OpenWrt. In versions 25.12 and prior, odhcpd's DHCPv6 self-loop detection at dhcpv6.c:720 uses a network-byte-order DUID length value directly as the memcmp() size parameter. On little-endian hosts, this causes memcmp() to read far beyond the stack buffer — a single unauthenticated DHCPv6 packet triggers a 2560-byte overread from a 128-byte buffer. At time of publication, there are no publicly available patches. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53920 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | ||
| odhcpd is the DHCPv6, DHCPv4, and router-advertisement server used by OpenWrt. From version 17.01.0 to before version 25.12.3, odhcpd's DHCPv6 IA parser accepts an IA_NA or IA_PD option whose body is shorter than struct dhcpv6_ia_hdr, casts the option header to that full structure, and reads ia->iaid before proving that the IA body contains the IAID field. If an unauthenticated network-adjacent client places a zero-length or otherwise short IA option at the end of odhcpd's 8192-byte receive stack buffer, the IAID read crosses from data_buf into adjacent stack memory. The disclosed bytes are then reflected in the DHCPv6 reply IAID; prior ARM validation showed data_buf[8192:8196] disclosing the saved stack canary, and wider stack scans can leak ASLR-useful stack/process contents. This issue has been patched in version 25.12.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53921 | 2026-10-23 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| odhcpd is the DHCPv6, DHCPv4, and router-advertisement server used by OpenWrt. Prior to version 25.12, odhcpd's DHCPv6 IA response handler writes past the end of a fixed 512-byte stack buffer (pdbuf) when a single DHCPv6 REQUEST carries enough IA options to nearly exhaust the reply space. Two independent overflow sites exist in the same call chain, both reachable from the network via a single unauthenticated UDP packet. odhcpd runs as root on OpenWrt; embedded targets often lack stack canaries and ASLR, making code execution realistic. This issue has been patched in version 25.12. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92208 | 1 Nomachine | 1 Nomachine | 2026-10-23 | N/A |
| NoMachine mDNS Heap-based Buffer Overflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of NoMachine. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the parsing of mDNS resource records. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of the length of user-supplied data prior to copying it to a heap-based buffer. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the service account. Was ZDI-CAN-30982. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92183 | 1 Gimp | 1 Gimp | 2026-10-23 | 7.8 High |
| GIMP APNG File Parsing Stack-based Buffer Overflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of GIMP. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the parsing of APNG files. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of the length of user-supplied data prior to copying it to a stack-based buffer. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-29400. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76587 | 1 Ibm | 1 Planning Analytics | 2026-10-23 | 8.8 High |
| IBM Planning Analytics 2.0 and 2.1 are vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking. An attacker could overflow the buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111183 | 1 Gstreamer | 1 Gstreamer | 2026-10-23 | N/A |
| GStreamer rtpL16depay Heap-based Buffer Overflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of GStreamer. Interaction with this library is required to exploit this vulnerability but attack vectors may vary depending on the implementation. The specific flaw exists within the processing of RTP payload elements. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of the length of user-supplied data prior to copying it to a heap-based buffer. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-31143. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115722 | 2026-10-23 | 6.1 Medium | ||
| RPly through 1.1.4 contains an improper array index validation vulnerability in ply_read_header_property() that accepts list as a list property's length or value type. Attackers can supply a crafted PLY file that makes ply_read_list_property() call an out-of-bounds handler, crashing ASCII parsing or corrupting memory in binary parsing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92824 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more | 2026-10-23 | 6.2 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libmodulemd. In the module stream v2 rpm-map emission path, an inner loop incorrectly uses the count of digest algorithms as its bound instead of the number of checksums in the current digest table. Crafted modulemd v2 metadata with multiple digest types can trigger an out-of-bounds read during YAML serialization, typically causing a crash and resulting in a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85080 | 1 Silicon Labs | 1 Emberznet | 2026-10-23 | N/A |
| In EmberZNet 9.1.1 and earlier, a malformed GetGroupMembership message can result in an out-of-bounds write leading to a crash. A limited number of values can be written using this vulnerability, so no route to remote code execution was observed. These messages must come from a device that has already joined the network. Only devices supporting the Group Cluster are impacted. | ||||
| CVE-2026-94502 | 1 Silicon Labs | 1 Emberznet | 2026-10-23 | N/A |
| In EmberZNet 9.1.1 and earlier, a malformed Publish Price Matrix command can result in an out-of-bounds write potentially leading to remote code execution. These messages must come from a device that has already joined the network. Only devices supporting the Price Cluster are impacted. | ||||
| CVE-2026-89410 | 1 Silabs | 1 Z-wave Sdk | 2026-10-23 | N/A |
| In Z-Wave SDK 8.1.1 and earlier, a malformed NCP SPI command can trigger out-of-bounds reads that leak sensitive information. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102941 | 1 Gomarkdown | 1 Markdown | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| The package github.com/gomarkdown/markdown is a Go library for parsing Markdown text and rendering as HTML. Prior to 0.0.0-20260724235538-61af6e1e6971, parser.IsSafeURL in parser/parser.go slices url[:nPath] before the len(url) >= nPath guard. A short destination causes a slice-bounds panic when the loop reaches a relative-path prefix for which len(url) < nPath and cap(url) < nPath. The one-byte destination / is an explicit non-panic counterexample because it matches the first valid path and returns before a longer prefix is sliced. Demonstrated panic cases include empty, ., and .. destinations under those conditions. The panic is reachable when markdown.ToHTML renders untrusted Markdown with html.Safelink enabled, including an empty link destination, and is also reachable by callers that pass a short attacker-controlled URL directly to the exported parser.IsSafeURL function. An uncaught panic can terminate the calling process and cause denial of service. This issue is fixed in 0.0.0-20260724235538-61af6e1e6971. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48741 | 1 Mz-automation | 1 Libiec61850 | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| libIEC61850 is an open-source implementation of IEC 61850 client and server protocols including MMS, GOOSE, Sampled Values, and R-Session. Prior to 1.6.2, alternateArrayAccess in src/mms/iso_mms/server/mms_read_service.c does not validate an alternate-access sub-array range when numberOfElements is greater than zero. An out-of-range MmsValue_getElement call returns NULL, and the sub-array branch passes that value to MmsValue_isDeletable, causing a NULL pointer dereference. A remote MMS Read request can therefore crash servers whose data models contain arrays, while the single-element error path handles the same invalid index safely. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85745 | 1 Mariadb | 2 Mariadb, Server | 2026-10-23 | 4.3 Medium |
| MariaDB server is a community developed fork of MySQL server. From 10.6.1 until 10.6.28, 10.11.19, 11.4.13, 11.8.9, 12.3.3, and 13.0.2, ST_Area reads beyond the allocated buffer when processing invalid WKB for a MultiPolygon because the multi-polygon parser advances past a nested geometry header without first verifying enough input remains. A low-privileged remote attacker can supply malformed spatial data to disclose memory useful for bypassing ASLR as part of a multi-vulnerability chain. This issue is fixed in versions 10.6.28, 10.11.19, 11.4.13, 11.8.9, 12.3.3, and 13.0.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-49868 | 1 Riot-os | 1 Riot | 2026-10-23 | 9.8 Critical |
| RIOT is an open-source microcontroller operating system designed for Internet of Things devices and other embedded systems. Prior to 2026.07, _parse_reply() in sys/net/application_layer/dhcpv6/client.c omits minimum-length validation before passing IA_PD and IA_NA option bodies to sub-option parsers. A malicious or compromised DHCPv6 server can send a REPLY with an option length smaller than the required structure while MODULE_DHCPV6_CLIENT_IA_PD is enabled, causing _parse_ia_pd_option to read past the option body, size_t underflow, and unbounded out-of-bounds heap reads that can crash the device and may expose or corrupt memory. This issue is fixed in version 2026.07. | ||||
| CVE-2026-89319 | 2026-10-23 | N/A | ||
| `JweDirectDecryptorBlock.Decrypt` read a 64-bit plaintext length from the `_thales_aad` protected-header field and used it without any validation. A truncated field panics `binary.BigEndian.Uint64`, an oversized value drives an unbounded allocation, and a value larger than the decrypted block panics with a slice-bounds error. | ||||
