| CVE-2026-9499 | 1 Qt | 1 Qt | 2026-07-22 | N/A |
| An out-of-bounds read (buffer over-read) vulnerability exists in QTextCodec::codecForName() in Qt. When the function is called with a QByteArray that is not NUL-terminated (for example, one created with QByteArray::fromRawData()), the codec-name matching routine reads past the end of the supplied buffer. In most cases this results in an incorrect text codec being selected; in the worst case, if the over-read reaches unmapped memory, the process crashes (denial of service). The over-read is bounded by the length of the longest codec-name candidate, and the out-of-bounds bytes are only compared internally against Qt's fixed list of codec names, so no data is disclosed to an attacker. Applications that do not pass non-NUL-terminated QByteArrays to QTextCodec::codecForName() are not exposed. The affected code resides in the Qt5Compat module from Qt 6.0.0 onward, and in Qt Core (qtbase) in Qt 4.x and Qt 5.x. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16096 | 1 Shibby | 1 Tomato | 2026-07-22 | 8.8 High |
| A vulnerability has been found in Shibby Tomato 1.28 RT-N5x MIPSR2 Build 124. This affects the function sub_40BB50 of the file /proc/webmon_recent_domains. The manipulation leads to stack-based buffer overflow. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. This project is superseded by FreshTomato. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16129 | 1 Princezuda | 1 Safestclaw | 2026-07-22 | 5.3 Medium |
| A vulnerability has been found in princezuda SafestClaw up to 4.2.4. This vulnerability affects the function ShellAction._validate_command of the file src/safestclaw/actions/shell.py of the component Built-in Web Interface. Such manipulation leads to incomplete blacklist. An attack has to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The presence of this vulnerability remains uncertain at this time. The project maintainer explains: "On paper you're correct, this is a vulnerability. In practice, nothing your AI generated shows how it makes users vulnerable. It's open source. Someone can mod the shell allow list or remove that system. Present an actual poc that shows a threat to users." | ||||

| CVE-2026-47393 | 1 Mervinpraison | 1 Praisonai | 2026-07-22 | 9.8 Critical |
| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. CVE-2026-44338 (GHSA-6rmh-7xcm-cpxj) documents that PraisonAI ships a code-generator (`praisonai.deploy.api.generate_api_server_code`) that emits a Flask API server with authentication disabled by default. Users who follow the documented quickstart (`praisonai deploy --type api`) get a server that binds to `0.0.0.0` per the recommended sample YAML, exposes `/chat` and `/agents` endpoints, runs `praisonai.run()` on user-supplied JSON input — LLM orchestration with the API key materials present in the process environment, and does not require any authentication. Versions prior to 4.6.40 still ship the generator with `auth_enabled` defaulting to `False`. The fix shape is opt-in via `APIConfig(auth_enabled=True, auth_token=...)`. Version 4.6.40 fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-29007 | 2 Denx, U-boot | 2 U-boot, U-boot | 2026-07-22 | 5.3 Medium |
| U-Boot through 2026.04-rc3 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in tcp_rx_state_machine() (net/tcp.c) when CONFIG_PROT_TCP is enabled, allowing remote attackers to read beyond TCP segment boundaries by crafting a malicious packet with a mismatched IP total length and TCP data offset field. Attackers can send a packet with an IP total length of 40 bytes and a TCP data offset claiming 60 bytes of header to cause tcp_parse_options() to read 40 bytes past the end of the TCP segment, potentially corrupting connection state variables such as rmt_win_scale and rmt_timestamp to disrupt TCP window calculations. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64609 | 1 Apache | 1 Fory | 2026-07-22 | 9.1 Critical |
| Out-of-bounds read via sun.misc.Unsafe in Apache Fory. When out-of-band zero-copy deserialization is used, readAlignedVarUint() can read beyond the bounds of the underlying buffer. Out-of-band zero-copy deserialization is an opt-in feature; applications that do not use it are not affected. This issue affects Apache Fory (formerly Apache Fury): from 0.5.0 before 1.4.0. Versions before 0.11.0 were published under the Maven coordinates org.apache.fury:fury-core. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.4.0, which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59197 | 2 Python, Python-pillow | 2 Pillow, Pillow | 2026-07-21 | 8.2 High |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 12.3.0, Pillow's public rank-filter API can trigger a native heap out-of-bounds write when given a very large odd filter size because ImageFilter.RankFilter.filter() calls image.expand(size // 2, size // 2) before rank-filter size validation and ImagingExpand() computes output dimensions with unchecked signed int arithmetic. This issue is fixed in version 12.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59204 | 2 Python, Python-pillow | 2 Pillow, Pillow | 2026-07-21 | 7.5 High |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 8.2.0 through 12.2.0, src/libImaging/Jpeg2KDecode.c accumulates total_component_width across every tile in a JPEG2000 image instead of recomputing it per tile, allowing a crafted tiled JPEG2000 file to force substantially higher transient memory usage and trigger out-of-memory failures during decoding. This issue is fixed in version 12.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-20245 | 1 Cisco | 2 Catalyst Sd-wan Manager, Sd-wan Vsmart Controller | 2026-07-21 | 7.8 High |
| A vulnerability in the CLI of Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Controller, formerly SD-WAN vSmart, Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager, formerly SD-WAN vManage, and Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Validator, formerly SD-WAN vBond, could allow an authenticated, local attacker to execute arbitrary commands as root by supplying a crafted file to the affected system. This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by uploading a crafted file to the affected system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to perform command injection attacks on an affected system and elevate their privileges as the root user. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have netadmin privileges on the affected system. This would require valid credentials or exploitation of or . Cisco is not aware of successful exploitation by other methods. Cisco has observed limited cases where the exploitation of this bug resulted in a configuration change pushed to edge devices. Cisco recommends that customers upgrade to the fixed software that is documented in the that was published on May 14, 2026, and verify the configuration of the edge devices. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44978 | 1 Neutrinolabs | 1 Xrdp | 2026-07-21 | 5.3 Medium |
| xrdp is an open source RDP server. Versions 0.10.6 and prior contain a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability within the FIPS-specific receive paths. This vulnerability does not affect the default configuration of xrdp. The vulnerability is only exploitable when the security layer is set to security_layer=negotiate or security_layer=rdp, and the crypto level is changed to crypt_level=fips in xrdp.ini. In this specific non-default mode, the server fails to validate the FIPS padding length field, leading to a pointer underflow and a subsequent negative length calculation. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this by sending a crafted FIPS-protected PDU, causing a heap out-of-bounds read that results in a process crash and denial of service (DoS). However, since xrdp forks a new process for each connection by default, an out-of-bounds read causing a process crash is unlikely to bring down the entire xrdp service. This issue has been fixed in version 0.10.6.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55645 | 1 Neutrinolabs | 1 Xrdp | 2026-07-21 | 6.5 Medium |
| xrdp is an open source RDP server. Versions 0.10.6 and prior contain a vulnerability concerning the processing of Client Control PDUs. During the RDP connection sequence, the parser does not perform sufficient length validation before reading specific data fields from the network stream. A remote, unauthenticated attacker could potentially exploit this flaw by sending a specially crafted, truncated Client Control PDU. Due to missing bounds checks, the xrdp process may perform out-of-bounds memory reads, which can result in the termination of the service (Denial of Service). However, since xrdp forks a new process for each connection by default, an out-of-bounds read causing a process crash is unlikely to bring down the entire xrdp service. This issue has been fixed in version 0.10.6.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-57962 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Thunderbird | 2026-07-21 | 5.3 Medium |
| A malicious LDAP server, which a Thunderbird user is configured to query for address-book autocomplete, can stash arbitrarily large amounts of attacker-supplied data into the Thunderbird LDAP client until it crashes due to memory exhaustion. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 152.0.1 and Thunderbird 140.12.1. | ||||
